Skateboarders Get Studied by Sports Magazine
A sport magazine study indicates there are about twelve million skaters participating and with those sorts of numbers for a sport it is here to stay. About 4 million of those are under age. Many of those use cheap skateboards to keep from spending everything they own on their hobby.
The sport has been around for over a lifetime, since the 50s, and it is far more than a toy. It is considered a lifestyle by many. After this all began the boards in the begining were made of a surf board and some wheels but then things changed and it has become a science and the precision manufacturing seems extreme.
This consuming pasttime has progressed and it now spans the globe and an entire part of the population has evolved to include their own attire and language. It truly has become a lifestyle that sometimes continues passed from one teenager to another. In most cases it is not hard to spot the part of the population from a distance by the style of clothing they wear and even their language.
This consuming pasttime is here to stay as laws have now been passed in many schools that include designated times to board . People have embraced it worldwide and a whole industry has sprung up around this part of the population. One or more in this industry makes cheap skate decks for the riders to use helping ease the financial burden on the boarders. Although it may be briliant to you, maybe you need to try it and see if it is your thing.
